We are the Condominium/Homeowners Association for the Briar Hill subdivision in Pittsfield Township, Michigan. Established in 1994, Briar Hill is a community of 180 single-family homes, offering some of the finest living in the Ann Arbor area. Our mission is to foster a sense of community and enhance the quality of life for all residents. With a dedicated volunteer board and management company (In Rhodes Management), and a passion for serving our community, we strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone.
